Where are we heading?
The market for IT services in the UK is finite. And it’s growing slowly. If we’re to expand our business, we need to extend our expertise into new areas. That means making sure clients see us as more than technical experts. But at the same time, we need to consolidate our reputation for delivering a seamless service.
Our strategy for the future, then, is one of evolution rather than revolution. We’ll continue to build on our core skill of systems integration. But we’ll also invest heavily in higher growth sectors such as service delivery and business process outsourcing. Quite simply, we’re determined to become recognised as a serious player in these areas too.
